In order to resolve the various issues before they arise in the monarchical country of Isthar, the royal family has issued a licence for a lot of private agencies. Within those agencies, there was one that were particularly favoured by the the royal family and their trust. An agency that can accomplish their missions with ease and that agency was known as "Cloud7".
Comprised of the two members Rowe and Jacque, who`re also known as the "L/R", they are granted all sorts of special supplies for the "impossible missions" they get from the royal family. Anything big and small, from cars to cigarettes! With all this in hand, the L/R makes haste to complete their missions.
